About HeartCode Training
HeartCode BLS represents the American Heart Association’s innovative approach to delivering the BLS Course.
It combines online learning with hands-on skills practice to provide high-quality resuscitation education that’s accessible to providers no matter where they are located.
This method also offers the flexibility for learners to complete the course at their own preferred pace.
With HeartCode BLS, participants start by taking the online portion of the course.
Once they’ve covered the essential knowledge and concepts, they move on to a hands-on skills session.
During this session, they can practice their BLS skills with the guidance of an AHA BLS Instructor or by using a simulation station for a more immersive and practical learning experience.
